- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.

- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt in Tarifa und dem Apartment. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Top Ausstattung des Apartments mit allem was man braucht. Von dem Balkon hat man wirklich eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und auf die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge. CheckIn und CheckOut verliefen problemlos und einfach. Auch für unser Auto war ein Platz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Der Wellnessbereich definitiv auch TOP! Wir empfehlen einen Besuch in Tarifa und dieses Apartments auf jeden Fall weiter 🤍

Amazing place with super comfortable and quality furnitures. The rain shower was fantastic and the appliances all brand new! We will for sure come back!
