The space
The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated with blue details that inspire the calm of the ocean.
It highlights for the terrace, perfect for spending your relaxing time and enjoying a pleasant evening under the stars.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them located inside the main bedroom. One of the rooms has a comfortable double bed and the other one has two single beds. It is the perfect place to enjoy with your family or a group of friends, with all the comforts to make you feel like home.
The living room is spacious and bright, it has a large table that is perfect for enjoying a lunch with the family or for work remotely. For those who come to rest and disconnect, the sofa is ideal for relaxing watching your favorite serie on Netflix on the Smart TV, after enjoying a spectacular day at the beach.
There is a spacious open kitchen, very modern with a very large worktop bar, with all the space you need for cooking or relaxing while you are taking a good breakfast before your kitesurfing session.

- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.

- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

Superschöne und sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Komfort! In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Alstadt, der Hafen und der Strand sind in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und auch den Kontakt zu Wouter und Areceli jederzeit empfehlen.

Very welcoming home, well organised and clean. Host are very helpful and responsive. Ideal location just outside of the old town.

Als fünfköpfige Familie haben wir uns von Beginn weg wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Frottier- und Bettwäsche haben Hotelqualität. Alles ist mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, aber ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Ich kann die Wohnung und den Service von SimplyTarifa sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
