This apartment is in an unbeatable location for those looking for a bit of everything; It is close to the old town, next to the commercial street and three steps away from Los Lances beach.
It also has a swimming pool on the rooftop terrace . Ideal for a windy day when you don’t feel like going to the beach (Please ask us about the opening dates).
The living room opens onto a small balcony where you can enjoy breakfasts and sultry summer evenings.
The space
“… The morning starts with a spectacular breakfast in “Café Azul”, followed by a walk through the alleys of the old town and a visit to the traditional fish market to buy the tuna for tonight.
When the sun gains strength, we move towards the beach for some refreshing baths and a Stand Up Paddle session at the “Balneario”. We finish the morning with an Old School Burger at Waikiki beach.
With a full belly, we go back to the apartment to take a good nap next to the pool at the rooftop terrace. The “Levante” is getting stronger and we need to load the battery to hit the water again later today.
The afternoon brings us a present of 25 knots. We take the car and go to Valdevaqueros for an unforgettable kite session.
When we return to Tarifa, it’s already late and the town is busy. We decide to have dinner at “el Frances”. At this stage we can’t be asked to cook and besides the night is promising! We’ll have the tuna tomorrow … ”
This small fragment could represent a typical day of your vacation in in our apartment in Ventura 1. Its location and characteristics will allow you to live the Tarifa experience at 360 degrees; beach, swimming pool, shops, restaurants, nightlife … all within walking distance.

- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.
- Additional rules information
- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

Great place to stay for longer. The host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean and as on pictures, bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice view from the balcony at the ocean. Specialty coffee shop and tasty breakfast place just 2 minutes away. We could always find parking around the block. All the great restaurants and city center just few minutes by foot. Spacious enough for two people. Nice neighborhood to walk around in the evening. Would stay again 🙂 A+++

The apartment was just amazing. Perfect location and extremely clean and modern. The location was 4 mins from Tarifa old town and just a short walk to playa chica. The management team were so obliging and caring. We be definitely back for another two weeks of paradise.
