I am a native of Tarifa and grew up during the period that Tarifa started to become a famous windsurf destination. The melting pot of cultures, nationalities and backgrounds that Tarifa has become over the years is what I most like about my village. It has got the cultural heritage of an old fishers’ village, with the cosmopolitan feel that you find in the bigger cities.
Probably because of my Spanish blood ;-), I love to have people around me: a dinner with friends, a barbecue with the neighbours, a celebration with the family, there is always a good reason to get together.
No surprise, I have always been working in customer facing jobs, first in the hospitality industry and later running my own apparel & jewellery shop.
Making our guests comfortable is something I really enjoy. My aim is to make them feel at home. All the great guest feedback and reviews we receive are truly rewarding.
Wouter
I am from Holland, but I have been living in Tarifa since the early 2000nds. As for many, windsurf was initially the reason to travel over here, but I was lucky enough to turn this magic place into my home.
Outdoor life is my passion and Tarifa is the perfect place for it; water sports, mountain biking or a hike with my wife and kids, no matter what it is, I love to be outside and enjoy the amazing nature Tarifa has to offer.
I did an MA in business economics and after working in business intelligence in the online leisure industry for years, I am now leveraging my data and analytics experience to optimize the rental revenue of our clients’ apartments.
We work together with a of group of professionals who help us in various areas such as cleaning, laundry, maintenance, consultancy and more.
