The space
Welcome to this beautiful apartment with pool, ideal for a couple or two friends.
The living room stands out for its brightness and has a Smart TV (ideal for watching your favorite movie on Netflix) and also the sofa turns into a bed and is a good sleeping option for a child. For an adult it may be a bit small and uncomfortable. In addition, it has fast internet (Fibra óptica), ideal for those who work online.
The kitchen is open to the living room, very complete and is equipped with all the basic supplies that you are used to get at home, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, for making the best quality coffee and start your day with the best vibe.
The two cozy terraces are sheltered from Levante wind and they have beautiful sea views: one enters from the living room and the other from the bedroom. In the warmest hours of the day there is shade and in the afternoon they receive the sun, so it may be a good chance for enjoying a spectacular sunset with a glass of wine, a real treat!
Besides, you can’t miss the rooftop pool: a real luxury to watch the sea views while you take a swim, sunbathe or relax reading your favourite book.

- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.

- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

It was a great place within walking distance of amazing restaurants and sights. Absolutely 10/10 and would stay there again.

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat alles, was man braucht! Besonders toll sind die beiden kleinen Balkone mit Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage ist ideal. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig, man findet Parkplätze vor der Haustüre und läuft in 10-15 Min in die Altstadt!

El apartamento es una monería, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Cerca del centro de Tarifa y de toda la zona de marcha y de bares del pueblo. La playa de los Lances está muy cerca. Para el resto hay que coger pero tiene muy buena salida. Aparcamiento sin problema. El apartamento está equipado de todo. La atención durante toda la estancia ha sido muy muy buena. Sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo 😊😊

Appartamento meraviglioso con meraviglioso vista e tramonto sul panorama di Los Lances. Interni curati e Host super disponibili. Ottima la possibilità del parcheggio sotto casa ed ottima la posizione rispetto al centro: 10min a piedi! Infine la piscina sul terrazzo è veramente una chicca!
