This spectacular townhouse is located about 10 minutes walk from the old town and similar distance from the beach. It is the ideal house to spend a family holiday.
It has all the comforts you need; smart tv, bluetooth speakers, nespresso coffee machine, WIFI (fiber), comfortable beds, electric blinds, etc. Besides, it is very tastefully decorated. You will feel better than at home.
And..best of all, two large terraces on the roof. One of them with a jacuzzi* to get into proper holiday mode 🙂
*The Jacuzzi is only available for stays of minumum 7 nights.
The space
The house is in the brand new “Ventura Homes” development. It has its own independent entrance and a private outdoor space to park the car.
Downstairs there is a very spacious living room (with an open kitchen) that has a panoramic sliding window towards an outdoor green area. This area is public, but no one stops you from taking a nap on the lawn, or letting the kids play a little game of football. It is a great play area for them :-).
On the ground floor there is also a small but complete bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. There are 4 beds in total: in two bedrooms there is a double bed and in the last bedroom a trundle bed (which converts into 2 single beds)
On the top floor there are 2 large terraces with spectacular views. One on the east side and the other on the west side; the two predominant wind directions in Tarifa. It is perfect, because you will always have a terrace sheltered from the wind at your disposal.
The icing on the cake is the jacuzzi. A relaxing bath at any time of the day and feel truly refreshed 🙂
Other things to note
A maximum of 4 adults are allowed in this house (and 2 children). If your wish is to come with more adults, please contact us and we can evaluate this.
The Jacuzzi is only available for stays of minumum 7 nights.

- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.
- Additional rules information
- A maximum of 4 adult guests is allowed. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.
