The space
This beautiful duplex stands out for the beautiful and cozy decoration that will make you feel at home.
On the ground floor there is a bright living room and a large table, perfect for enjoy a good lunch with your family or do your remote work. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic supplies that you are used to get at home, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, for making the best quality coffee and start your day with the best vibe.
One of the best things of the apartment is the charming balcony with artificial grass, ideal for having breakfast, relaxing sunbathing or watching the stars before going to sleep. Upstairs on the first floor there are the two bedrooms; one with a double bed and another one with two beds and also the bathroom with shower.
The “Los Lances” urbanization is in the best area of the promenade, right next to the restaurants and “surf bars”, but not so close as to cause inconvenience and noise.
In this place you can breathe the true “Tarifa lifestyle”; longboards along the promenade, “after surf” in “Cafe del Mar”, and unforgettable sunsets.
To the center it is only about 10 minutes on foot and for the children there is a playground nearby.

- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.

- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

Highly recommended apartment in Tarifa! Lovely space, clean, comfortable with everything you need. The deck has the perfect view of the sunset and cafes downstairs. 10min walk to the old town. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

La estancia ha sido fabulosa….Sin duda repetiremos. Con diferencia la mejor estancia que tenido en TARIFA tanto yo como mis hijos y eso que llevo alquilando en TARIFA los últimos 12 años!!
