- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.

- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with. A maximum of 3 adult guests is allowed in this apartment.

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern, hat eine sehr gute Lage und die Altstadt ist nur 150m weit weg. Die Matratze ist gut und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Ausstattung ist umfänglich, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist selbst in der Nachsaison Gold wert und auf unsere Nachrichten wurde immer schnell reagiert. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

We stayed at Simply Tarifa for 4 days. It was close to the port of Tarifa so getting to Tangier was very easy. The host left great resources on how to get around tarifa and activities and restaurants to book. Overall our time was wonderful. The place looked like the photos and had a great view of Morocco from the living room. The parking spot was incredible because as we found out there is no easy parking in tarifa. We had a bit of an issue with our keys (the main one to the building got stuck frequently) and so we entered through the garage most of the time. We struggled getting into the unit at first because of a particular way of using the door handle: to anyone else reading this, once you twist the key and unlock the deadbolt, you will hear a click and you must pull the door very quickly towards you at the click and then push. Luckily Tania came out very quickly and let us into the unit and showed us the tricky way of getting in. We never struggled after that. Overall great place!

Great location, apartment, facilities, and hosts. Only thing missing was AC, but there was a fan in the living room.
