Cozy new apartment in a quiet but very central area, 2 minutes walk from the Batalla del Salado shopping street and 10 minutes walk from Los Lances beach and the old town.
Modern and cozy interior, with a nice balcony sheltered from the Levante; ideal to enjoy breakfast in the morning, have a “siesta” in the afternoon or to watch the sunset in the evening 🙂
Area with many parking lots and even in summer easy to find a place nearby.
The space
The balcony certainly brings a lot of life to this apartment. With the orientation towards the Northwest it receives the sun in the afternoon. In the warmest hours of the day there is shade and it is also totally sheltered from the strong Levante wind. To relax in the afternoon with a beer or wine and enjoy the sunset is a real treat.
The apartment is ideal for a couple or two friends. The bedroom has 2 beds pushed together and it sleeps like in a double bed. However, the beds can be separated if you wish. The sofa in the living room turns into a bed and is a good sleeping option for a child. For an adult it may be a bit small.
Very complete kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and a nespresso machine for a nice cup of coffee!
In the bathroom the shower is remarkable. Extra large cabin and strong pressure water jet.
Air conditioning in living room and bedroom.
Guest access
This apartment is located in the “Iceberg 2” residence in a quiet but at the same time very central location. It is a 2 minutes walk to the Batalla del Salado shopping street from here and you can also reach the beach or the old town in a few minutes.
There are plenty of parking spaces around and you won’t have any problems to find a place nearby, even in the summer months.
There is a Lidl Supermarket about 500 meters away.

- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

Ако се чудите, недейте! ТОВА Е МЯСТОТО! С приятелят ми бяхме там за 2 седмици и работихме home office. Префектна обстановка. Точно като на снимките. На минути от морето – буквално се вижда от балкона. Сомакините са страхотни! Много навременно отговарят. Дори щом помолихме за един кабел на следващия ден ни донесоха лично. Помогнаха ни и със съвети всеки път щом имахме въпроси. Кухнята е супер, ако сте в настроение да готвите. Ние си готвехме всеки ден. Магазините са на няколко минути, ако имате нужда да напазарувате храна или домашни потреби. Следващият път в Тарифа на 100% ще остана там. Нямам нито 1 оплакване. Дори 1/2 оплаквне нямам, а съм много взискателен човек. Всичко беше повече от чудесно. Препоръчвам с 2 ръце.

Ein wunderschönes Apartment in bester Lage. Ich habe mich kurzfristig dazu entschieden noch eine Woche länger zu bleiben, aber das Apartment war bereits belegt. Die Gastgeber waren aber sehr hilfsbereit und haben mir innerhalb weniger Stunden eine alternative Unterkunft organisiert. Vielen Dank!
