The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence building that has only 12 apartments in total.
When you enter the house, the first thing that will catch your eye is the wonderful views of the strait.
The living room is spacious and has a comfortable round table, perfect for eating with the family or for use as an office table for those who come to remote-work. There is a nice area with a sofa and two lounge chairs, ideal for watching your favourite Netflix series.
The garden area is in extension of the living room. It has a table for 4 where you can have your breakfasts in the sun, or dinners in the afternoon shade. There is also a nice lounge set where you can chill out for a bit or have a well-deserved siesta :-).
The kitchen is open and has a breakfast bar and two comfortable stools. It is very complete with all the utensils and appliances that you are used to having at home.
The double room has its own bathroom with bathtub, sink, W.C. and bidet. There is a large wardrobe in this bedroom to store clothes and other belongings.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if you want to sleep as a couple. Those who sleep in this room can use the other bathroom that is located in the corridor and has a W.C., shower and sink.
There is a nice swimming pool on the first floor of the building. There are 2 sunbeds/lounge chairs in the apartment that you can take with you to the pool, but you can also just lay your towel on the floor; there is a comfortable artificial grass lawn.
Other things to note
Another very remarkable thing about this apartment is the private garage that it has under the building. It is a large private space with its own electric gate; perfect to leave the car parked without having to carry up your kite or windsurf equipment. There is also a hose to rinse your wetsuits.

- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.
- Additional rules information
- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

El apartamento es estupendo. Estuvimos muy a gusto y todo genial. La localización y la piscina también muy bien.

Araceli and her husband are great! They know how to make people want to come back to their apartments 😀 Our place was super clean, everything you could think of was there (exept the oven 🙂 but that didn’t bother us). The view of the African coast was stunning, and even the current construction going on didn’t bother us, it was quite calm during the week days. We’re planning to come back for a month next year!

Place was great, looked exactly like on the photos and had everything one could wish for. Very clean and spacious and with all the necessary amenities and the host was super responsive and helpful with any requests we had. Would highly recommend.
