El centro de Tarifa se encuentra a 10 minutos escasos a pie, y la playa de los Lances o nuestra querida Playa Chica, a apenas 15 minutos a pie. ¡Deseando que paséis unos días inolvidables en nuestra casa!

- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.

- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Baustelle direkt da neben, war gar kein Problem. Mit geschlossenen Fenster konnte man nichts hören. Alles war vorhaben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter.

Wir haben zwei Monate in der Wohnung verbracht, die Lage ist wunderbar auf den Hügeln von Tarifa mit wunderschönem Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer und nach Afrika. Ausstattung und Zimmer sind wie beschrieben und an alles wurde gedacht. Bei Fragen oder Problemen waren die Hosts jederzeit sofort ansprechbar und haben sich perfekt um alles gekümmert. Wir bedanken uns für eine sehr schöne Zeit in Tarifa und für die tolle Betreuung von Wouter & seinem Team.
