The space
The apartment is located on the first floor of a residence building that has only 12 apartments in total.
When you enter the house, the first thing that will catch your eye is the large window that offers a lot of brigtness and space. The living room is spacious and has a comfortable table, perfect for eating with the family or for use as an office table for those who come to remote-work. The couch is ideal for watching your favorite Netflix series after enjoying a wonderful day exploring all Tarifa’s beaches.
The kitchen is open and has a breakfast bar and two comfortable stools. It is very complete with all the utensils and appliances that you are used to having in your home.
The double room has its own bathroom with bathtub, sink, W.C. and bidet. There is a large wardrobe in this bedroom to store clothes and other belongings. The second room has a sofa bed and a small desk to study or telework. Those who sleep in this room can use the other bathroom that is located in the corridor and has a W.C., shower and sink.
Upstairs on the roof terrace there is a private terrace that stretches across the entire floor area of the apartment and is accessed via a spiral staircase on the outside next to the entrance.
Besides, there is a community pool on the first floor which is quite sheltered from the wind on Levante days.

There is a community pool on the first floor which is quite sheltered from the wind on Levante days. In the distance you can see the Dunes of Punta Paloma from here. The pool is open between April 1st and October 31.

- Full reimbursement when you cancel withing the first 24 hours after making the reservation, 50% reimbursement when you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date.

- When booking this apartment via our website, we require you to pay a safety deposit of 300€ prior to arrival. You will receive an e-mail from us a day before your arrival to complete this payment via credit card. This safety deposit will be returned to you after your stay if there is no damage and if the house norms & rules have been complied with. The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.

Todo genial, un sitio súper bonito y cómodo; además de unas vistas geniales. La llegada fue rápida y sencilla, Fran es súper majo y hospitalario. El piso es precioso, con unas vistas de Africa iluminada por la noche que merecen la pena. Cuenta con gel, champú, menaje de cocina…todo lo que puedas necesitar para hacer del piso tu hogar durante unos días. La cama es cómoda; hasta los sofás cama de la habitación secundaria lo son. En definitiva, un piso acogedor y decorado con muy buen gusto. Repetiré sin duda

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious, nicely and modern furnished. It felt like a real home. For us it was extra nice because we had stayed in hotels the weeks before. The apartment was about ten minutes walk from the old city centre and there is a big supermarket across the street. We definitely would come back next time.
