About the property
The apartment is a duplex on the first and second floor (attic) of the building. On the first floor you find the living room, the kitchen and the balcony. On the second floor are the two bedrooms.
From the balcony you can see “Los Lances” beach. When you are at home, the terrace is where you will surely spend most time. Ideal to have breakfast, take a nap in the afternoon and enjoy sultry evenings.
The “Los Lances” urbanization is in the best area of the promenade, right next to the restaurants and “surf bars”, but not so close as to cause inconvenience and noise. The apartment is also located on the opposite side of the “entertainment” area.
In this place you can breathe the true “Tarifa lifestyle”; longboards along the promenade, “after surf” in “Cafe Stoked”, and unforgettable sunsets. And for those who come here for the boardsports: kite, wind or wing sessions right at your doorstep*. (And there is a skate park 500m away!!).
To the center it is only about 10 minutes on foot and for the little ones there is a playground nearby.
*Between June 15 and September 15, it is not allowed to practice these sports (apart from surfing) in this area.

- The apartment is in a residential building and the neighbour community demands to comply with the following norms and rules: silence between 11pm and 9am, no excessive noise during the day, respectful usage of the communal areas. The community of neighbours reserves the right to request the security deposit our guests have paid or in the worse case to expulse our guests from the apartment if these norms and rules are not complied with.
