With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, this equipped unit has all the comforts for a holiday, or remote-work stay.
A 150m external terrace, internal terrace & community pool welcome you, with protection from strong Levante days! A private garage with its own water tap is ideal for wind/kite material.
The space:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence building that has only 12 apartments in total.
When you enter the house, the first thing that will catch your eye is the large window that offers a lot of brigtness and space.
The living room is spacious and has a comfortable round table, perfect for eating with the family or for use as an office table for those who come to remote-work. There is a nice area with a sofa and two lounge chairs, ideal for watching your favourite Netflix series.
The garden area is in extension of the living room. It has a table for 4 where you can have your breakfasts in the sun, or dinners in the afternoon shade. There is also a nice lounge set where you can chill out for a bit or have a well-deserved siesta :-).
The kitchen is open and has a breakfast bar and two comfortable stools. It is very complete with all the utensils and appliances that you are used to having at home.
The double room has its own bathroom with bathtub, sink, W.C. and bidet. There is a large wardrobe in this bedroom to store clothes and other belongings.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if you want to sleep as a couple. Those who sleep in this room can use the other bathroom that is located in the corridor and has a W.C., shower and sink.
There is a nice swimming pool on the first floor of the building. There are 2 sunbeds/lounge chairs in the apartment that you can take with you to the pool, but you can also just lay your towel on the floor; there is a comfortable artificial grass lawn.

This apartment is in an unbeatable location for those looking for a bit of everything; close to the old town, next to the shopping street and three steps away from Los Lances beach. It also has a swimming pool on the rooftop terrace. Ideal for a windy day when you don't feel like going to the beach. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. There is a balcony, sheltered from the strong levante with views towards the sea. Parking below the building. About: "... The morning starts with a spectacular breakfast in Café Azul, followed by a walk through the alleys of the old town and a visit to the traditional fish market to buy the tuna for tonight. When the sun gains strength, we move towards the beach for some refreshing baths and a Stand Up Paddle session at the "Balneario". We finish the morning with an Old School Burger at Waikiki beach. With a full belly, we go back to the apartment to take a good nap next to the pool at the rooftop terrace. The Levante is getting stronger and we need to load the battery to hit the water again later today. The afternoon gives us a present of 25 knots. We take the car and go to Valdevaqueros for an unforgettable kite session. When we return to Tarifa, it’s already late and the town is busy. Fortunately the apartment has a garage with a private car park. We decide to have dinner at el Frances. At this stage we can’t be asked to cook and besides the night is promising!
