This beautiful apartment is located in Tarifa Hills, an exclusive residential complex with a swimming pool.
The living room has a large window that offers impressive panoramic views towards the Strait of Gibraltar and Africa. The balcony has ample space to enjoy breakfasts, take an afternoon nap or watch the cruise ships under the stars at night.
There is a large, private roof terrace, fiberglass WIFI for remote-working and a car park with an individual and closed garage below the building .
The apartment is located on the first floor of a residence building that has only 12 apartments in total.
When you enter the house, the first thing that will catch your eye is the large window that offers a lot of brigtness and space. The living room is spacious and has an extendable table, perfect for eating with the family or for use as an office table for those who come to remote-work. In the corner there is a sofa with a chaise longue, ideal for watching your favorite Netflix series.
The kitchen is open and has a breakfast bar and two comfortable stools. It is very complete with all the utensils and appliances that you are used to having in your home.
The double room has its own bathroom with bathtub, sink, W.C. and bidet. There is a large wardrobe in this bedroom to store clothes and other belongings.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if you want to sleep as a couple. Those who sleep in this room can use the other bathroom that is located in the corridor and has a W.C., shower and sink.
Upstairs on the roof terrace there is a private terrace that stretches across the entire floor area of the apartment and is accessed via a spiral staircase on the outside next to the entrance.

There is a community pool on the first floor which is quite sheltered from the wind on Levante days. In the distance you can see the Dunes of Punta Paloma from here. The pool is open between April 1st and October 31.
The apartment is in the upper area of Tarifa, near the Lidl supermarket. It is a quiet but very convenient location since it is less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and about 15 minutes walk from the beach. Nearby and less than 10 minutes away there is a natural area where you can make beautiful routes with views of the African continent, a unique landscape and on your doorstep!
Another very remarkable thing about this apartment is the private garage that it has under the building. It is a large private space with its own electric gate; perfect to leave the car parked without having to carry up your kite or windsurf equipment. There is also a hose to rinse your equipment, a place to hang your wetsuits and a rack for your kite boards. The owner has even made an ingenious system to hang your kites to dry!
On the private rooftop terrace there is a homegym machine. Imagine a work-out in the morning with views towards Africa!
There is no oven, but the microwave has a convection function.
Finally, there is a projector to watch your favourite series, sports, or a movie on "the big screen"🙂
