This duplex is located in the "Los Lances" residence, on the beachfront. It has a terrace with sea views, sheltered from the strong levante wind and with sun throughout the afternoon.
Urbanization with beautiful and large green areas, ideal for lying in the sun or under a straw umbrella :-). For children it is an ideal and safe play ground.
The pool is very sheltered from the levante and a perfect alternative for windy days.
An unbeatable location just steps from the beach.
The apartment is a duplex on the first and second floor (attic) of the building. On the first floor you find the living room, the kitchen and the balcony. On the second floor are the two bedrooms.
From the balcony you can see "Los Lances" beach. When you are at home, the terrace is where you will surely spend most time. Ideal to have breakfast, watch the sunset and enjoy good evenings at night.
The “Los Lances” urbanization is in the best area of the promenade, right next to the restaurants and “surf bars”, but not so close as to cause inconvenience and noise. The apartment is also located on the opposite side of the entertainment area.
In this place you can breathe the true "Tarifa lifestyle"; longboards along the promenade, "after surf" in "Cafe del Mar", and unforgettable sunsets. And for those who come here for the boardsports: kite, wind or wing sessions right at your doorstep*. (And there is a skate park 500m away!!).
To the center it is only about 10 minutes on foot and for the little ones there is a playground nearby.
*Between June 15 and September 15, it is not allowed to practice these sports (apart from surfing) in this area.
Very well maintained communal areas with swimming pool and lots of green.
Note that before reaching the apartment you have to go up 2 stairs.
In 2024 the pool is open until the 15th of October.

This apartment is located in Tarifa Hills, a new complex with communal pool and is about 5/10 minutes walk from the old town.
It has two bathrooms, one of them inside the master bedroom. The living room opens onto a private garden of about 150 square meters.

With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, this equipped unit has all the comforts for a holiday, or remote-work stay.
A 150m external terrace, internal terrace & community pool welcome you, with protection from strong Levante days! A private garage with its own water tap is ideal for wind/kite material.
The space:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence building that has only 12 apartments in total.
When you enter the house, the first thing that will catch your eye is the large window that offers a lot of brigtness and space.
The living room is spacious and has a comfortable round table, perfect for eating with the family or for use as an office table for those who come to remote-work. There is a nice area with a sofa and two lounge chairs, ideal for watching your favourite Netflix series.
The garden area is in extension of the living room. It has a table for 4 where you can have your breakfasts in the sun, or dinners in the afternoon shade. There is also a nice lounge set where you can chill out for a bit or have a well-deserved siesta :-).
The kitchen is open and has a breakfast bar and two comfortable stools. It is very complete with all the utensils and appliances that you are used to having at home.
The double room has its own bathroom with bathtub, sink, W.C. and bidet. There is a large wardrobe in this bedroom to store clothes and other belongings.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if you want to sleep as a couple. Those who sleep in this room can use the other bathroom that is located in the corridor and has a W.C., shower and sink.
There is a nice swimming pool on the first floor of the building. There are 2 sunbeds/lounge chairs in the apartment that you can take with you to the pool, but you can also just lay your towel on the floor; there is a comfortable artificial grass lawn.
