The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a recently refurbished bathroom and a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Ideal to stay with your family or a group of friends. It is the perfect place for those who don’t want to use the car during their holidays. You wake up and have a breakfast at the Alameda square, then you go for a walk through the old town to visit all of the great little shops, to end up for a refreshing swim at the beach. All at less than 5 minutes walking distance.

This apartment is in an unbeatable location for those looking for a bit of everything; It is close to the historic center, next to the shopping street and three steps away from the Los Lances beach. The bright living room opens onto a large terrace sheltered from the strong levante wind, ideal for a breakfast in the shade, a family meal at the picnic table or a well deserved siesta. For some refreshment, there is a small pool on the roof terrace. And it has a home office for remote-working! The apartment has two floors and around 80m2 of space inside and a terrace of 22.5m2. Upon entering you find yourself on the upper floor where the living room (with an open kitchen) and the terrace are. There is also a bathroom with a W.C., sink and washing machine. In the living room there is a staircase that takes you to a lower floor with 3 rooms: One of the 3 rooms has been prepared as a chill-out/office area with a large sofa, a desk and a TV. It is the ideal place for remote working, for the children to watch a movie or for one person to sleep if you come with a group of 5. The double room has a large wardrobe and its own comfortable bathroom (with bidet). The third room has two beds. On the same floor there is another independent bathroom that can be used by the users of this last room. The terrace is the jewel in the crown. As it extends from the living room, it is where you will surely spend most time. It is perfect for being outdoors without having to leave the house. There is a hose to take a refreshing shower or to rinse wetsuits after a kitesurfing session. Finally, in the common area of the roof you can not only enjoy the pool, there is also a pleasant chill-out area with artificial grass and hammocks, ideal for a relaxing time after a dip. The building has a communal roof terrace with a small pool. Perfect for taking a bath if you don't feel like going to the beach. Open from the 1st of May. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace but it is made available at an extra charge (7 nights minumum). The tariff is: 30€/day - Minimum price: 250€ A maximum or 4 adult guests are allowed in this house. The apartment has a private parking space in the garage below the building. It is a closed garage without public access. The pool closes on 15th of October in 2024
