Description
This spectacular townhouse is located about 10 minutes walk from the old town and similar distance from the beach. It is the ideal house to spend a family holiday.
It has all the comforts you need; smart tv, bluetooth speakers, nespresso coffee machine, WIFI (fiber), comfortable beds, electric blinds, etc. Besides, it is very tastefully decorated. You will feel better than at home.
And..best of all, two large terraces on the roof. One of them with a jacuzzi* to get into proper holiday mode :-)
The space:
*The Jacuzzi is only available for stays of minumum 7 nights.
The house is in the brand new "Ventura Homes" development. It has its own independent entrance and a private outdoor space to park the car.
Downstairs there is a very spacious living room (with an open kitchen) that has a panoramic sliding window towards an outdoor green area. This area is public, but no one stops you from taking a nap on the lawn, or letting the kids play a little game of football. It is a great play area for them :-).
On the ground floor there is also a small but complete bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. There are 4 beds in total: in two bedrooms there is a double bed and in the last bedroom a trundle bed (which converts into 2 single beds)
On the top floor there are 2 large terraces with spectacular views. One on the east side and the other on the west side; the two predominant wind directions in Tarifa. It is perfect, because you will always have a terrace sheltered from the wind at your disposal.
The icing on the cake is the jacuzzi. A relaxing bath at any time of the day and feel truly refreshed :-)
The jacuzzi is made available at an extra charge. The tariff is: 30€/day - Minimum price: 250€
This house can accommodate 6 people, but we only allow a maximum of 4 adults. For example, you can have 4 adults and 2 children. If you wish to come with more than 4 adults, please check with us first. We evaluate this on a case-by-case basis. Thank you very much.
