Spectacular duplex apartment in the Sunset urbanization, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very complete with all the amenities that you are used to having in your own home. Large terrace with dining table and "lounge" area.
It has spacious common areas with a community pool (ideal for windy days) and a parking with a private place for your car.
Upstairs there is an "office" room with a comfortable desk to work. There is a fast optic fibre internet connection.
This spacious house with a cozy design will make you feel at home. It is perfect to enjoy Tarifa with family or friends, at just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to the shops (and the Mercadona Supermarket); just 1 minute walking.
At the entrance you will find the kitchen with an american bar and it is fully equipped with everything you need. Then there is a spacious and bright living room, where you can enjoy a good lunch with your family, relax on the sofa reading a book or watch your favorite Netflix series.
What stands out is the patio, where you will probably spend most of your time, enjoying the sea breeze and relaxing in the "lounge" area. You can also sunbathe or if you feel like being in the shade, it has a pergola to have the best siestas. A real treat!
Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower and there are two bedrooms that offer you a quiet shelter after a tiring day on the beach. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other one has a comfortable double bed, plus another small terrace, ideal for watching the stars before going to sleep ;-).
Finally, on the third floor, there is a spacious home office prepared for those who need to do some work/study during their stay or for those who simply want to spend some time relaxing without distractions. There is also a little laundry area on this floor, ideal to wash and hang out your clothing.
Finally, there is the spectacular communal pool and the spacious areas around it, a perfect place to relax, play and disconnect. We are sure the children will love it!

This apartment is in an unbeatable location for those looking for a bit of everything; It is close to the old town, next to the commercial street and three steps away from Los Lances beach. It also has a swimming pool on the rooftop terrace . Ideal for a windy day when you don't feel like going to the beach. The living room opens onto a small balcony where you can enjoy breakfasts and sultry summer evenings. About: "... The morning starts with a spectacular breakfast in Café Azul, followed by a walk through the alleys of the old town and a visit to the traditional fish market to buy the tuna for tonight. When the sun gains strength, we move towards the beach for some refreshing baths and a Stand Up Paddle session at the "Balneario". We finish the morning with an Old School Burger at Waikiki beach. With a full belly, we go back to the apartment to take a good nap next to the pool at the rooftop terrace. The Levante is getting stronger and we need to load the battery to hit the water again later today. The afternoon gives us a present of 25 knots. We take the car and go to Valdevaqueros for an unforgettable kite session. When we return to Tarifa, it’s already late and the town is busy. We decide to have dinner at el Frances. At this stage we can’t be asked to cook and besides the night is promising! We'll have the tuna tomorrow ...
