Welcome to one of those places that makes you feel like you’re really staying in Tarifa.
Tucked away in a quiet part of the old town, this charming 2-bedroom apartment is a lovely base for discovering the town on foot — with its whitewashed streets, little squares, tapas bars and cafés all around you, while still offering a peaceful place to retreat to when you’re ready to slow down.
And then there’s the rooftop…
The apartment has its own private plunge pool on the rooftop terrace, a wonderful little spot to cool off, enjoy the sunshine or simply relax with a drink after a day at the beach. With around 20 m² of outdoor space, it gives the apartment that extra bit of Tarifa magic that is hard to find in the historic centre.
Inside, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, with around 70 m² of living space. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a particularly good choice for two couples, a family, or friends travelling together. The living room also has a double sofa bed, allowing up to five guests to stay.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or picking up some local ingredients for dinner. There’s also fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and heating for the cooler months.
The real charm of this apartment, though, is its setting. You’re right in the historic heart of Tarifa, surrounded by the atmosphere that makes the town so special, but in a quieter corner away from the busiest streets.
Spend the morning exploring the old town and stopping for coffee. Head to the beach for a few hours. Come back, rinse off and cool down in your rooftop pool. Then wander back into town for tapas and a drink as the evening comes alive.

The orientation of the garden is such that it is sheltered from the strong levante and covered in sun from around 12 until sunset.

The wooden terrace feels so comfortable that you want to be walking bare-feet the whole day. If you get too warm, use the garden hose for a fresh shower or spend the afternoon at the pool, enjoying the views towards the strait of Girbraltar.
Inside, the apartment counts with a spacious kitchen with a open bar towards the living room.
For those who come with more than 4 persons, in the living room there is a sleeper sofa where 2 sleep comfortably.
The main bedroom is very spacious and you can easily fit in a baby crib that we will provide if you need it.
The area where the apartment is located is very quiet. It is at the edge of Tarifa town, with the advantage of only being 10 minutes’ walk away from the old part. From the apartment, you can go straight into the countryside, into the area of "El Olivar" where there is a little river. Very near, you can also find beautiful walking tracks that take you to the eastern coastal area of Tarifa with spectacular views towards the Jebel Musa Mountain in Maroc. If you prefer the long Sand beaches on the west side, it will take you about 15 minutes walking. For convenience, there is a Lidl supermarket at only 500 meters from the building.
Ideal for remote-working. There is a fast optic fiber internet connection and a comfortable table in the living room. For stays over 2 weeks, we can also put another table in the second bedroom. This would mean we put the two beds together.

This duplex is located in the "Los Lances" residence, on the beachfront in a urbanization with beautiful and large green areas, ideal for lying in the sun or under a straw umbrella :-). For children it is an ideal and safe play ground.
The pool is very sheltered from the levante and a perfect alternative for windy days.
An unbeatable location just steps from the beach.

This beautiful duplex stands out for the beautiful and cozy decoration that will make you feel at home.
On the ground floor there is a bright living room and a large table, perfect for enjoy a good lunch with your family or do your remote work. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic supplies that you are used to get at home, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, for making the best quality coffee and start your day with the best vibe.
One of the best things of the apartment is the charming balcony with artificial grass, ideal for having breakfast, relaxing sunbathing or watching the stars before going to sleep. Upstairs on the first floor there are the two bedrooms; one with a double bed and another one with a bunk bed and also the bathroom with shower.
The “Los Lances” urbanization is in the best area of the promenade, right next to the restaurants and “surf bars”, but not so close as to cause inconvenience and noise.
In this place you can breathe the true "Tarifa lifestyle"; longboards along the promenade, "after surf" in "Cafe del Mar", and unforgettable sunsets.
To the center it is only about 10 minutes on foot and for the children there is a playground nearby.
Very well maintained communal areas with swimming pool and lots of green.
Pool open seasonally, from May 15th to October 15th.
Note that before reaching the apartment you have to go up 2 stairs.
