Cozy new apartment in a quiet but very central area, 2 minutes walk from the Batalla del Salado shopping street and 10 minutes walk from Los Lances beach and the old town.
Modern and cozy interior, with a nice balcony sheltered from the Levante; ideal to enjoy breakfast in the morning, have a “siesta” in the afternoon or to watch the sunset in the evening :-)
Area with many parking lots and even in summer easy to find a place nearby.
The balcony certainly brings a lot of life to this apartment. With the orientation towards the Southwest it receives the sun in the afternoon. In the warmest hours of the day there is shade and it is also totally sheltered from the strong Levante wind. To relax in the afternoon with a beer or wine and enjoy the sunset is a real treat.
The apartment is ideal for a couple or two friends. The bedroom has 2 beds pushed together and it sleeps like in a double bed. However, the beds can be separated if you wish. The sofa in the living room turns into a bed and is a good sleeping option for a child. For an adult it may be a bit small and uncomfortable.
Very complete kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and a nespresso machine for a nice cup of coffee!
In the bathroom the shower is remarkable. Extra large cabin and strong pressure water jet.
Air conditioning in living room and bedroom.
This apartment is located in the “Iceberg 2” residence in a quiet but at the same time very central location. It is a 2 minutes walk to the Batalla del Salado shopping street from here and you can also reach the beach or the old town in a few minutes.
There are plenty of parking spaces around and you won’t have any problems to find a place nearby, even in the summer months.
There is a Lidl Supermarket about 500 meters away.
