GENERAL CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT
In the event of a cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

• If the cancellation occurs between the time of booking and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• No refunds will be issued if the client voluntarily decides to forgo the services before completing their stay.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY
In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's control, the reserved accommodation cannot be provided, the company may offer the client alternative accommodation of equal or superior characteristics, without any refund being required from either party.

DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data ("LPD"), we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company's files in order to provide and offer our services. Furthermore, you are informed of your right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data, with the company itself being responsible for the data file.
