If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before arrival, we will reimburse the full amount you paid.
We offer our guests the possibility to check in themselves. We store the keys in a closely located keybox and send you instructions upon reservation.
You pay 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before arrival. A few days before arrival, we will ask you to formalize the deposit hold. The deposit will be automatically released after your stay if everything is in order and there are no damages.
We indeed have cribs and high chairs for the youngest in your family. Just request it to us when you make your booking and we will make sure it is all prepared for you at your arrival.
There will be a large and a medium towel available for each guest. There are no beach towels in the apartment, so you need to bring these yourself.
We will stock up the apartment with the basic supplies for the first day(s), like coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, water, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, etc. Once these are finished you need to buy your own supplies.
All of our apartments have Smart tv’s with the Netflix app installed. You need to login with your own account.
